Power Pole is Awesome Customers serviceI have two power pole sportsman, 8ft CM2. I recently had an issue with one of my poles not coming up or going down. I troubleshot the issue, and determine it was the valve/pump body that had failed. I contacted power pole tech support and told them what I had. They told me to ship the entire unit to them to assess the issues. Power pole sent me a new unit with a quart of oil. That's customer service at the highest standard. I was correct in my troubleshooting assessment. Most people say their cards go bad, but if your unit don't work in either direction, more likely it's not a card. Thanks Power Pole

Customer serviceLet’s touch on customer service , power pole is a step above anything we have dealt with with the 8ft power pole. We have had one unit give us fits with the mother boards. Both times I have called and explained the issue. They looked up our account checked a few things and then asked to confirm shipping address. Both times we received the replacement part in two days no charge and shipping paid. All they ask is send the old board back. Easy enough if you ask me. Have own a boat for the past 30 years , when this equipment came onto the market I was like ehhhh, now with the usuals and customer service beyond measures. If we ever purchase new again we will have the power poles installed as well. Thanks power pole and top notch customer service !!

Power pole pro IIThis is my second purchase of another power-pole. This is for another boat that I have just recently purchased. Will not own another boat without one on it. Makes my day of fishing that much more enjoyable. I haven’t have to pull of my anchor since owning a power-pole.

Thanks Power Pole!!Ecstatic about the performance. Worked better than I ever expected. Stopping in shallow water to get a fish in or fish an area thoroughly is one thing but stopping a 20ft Nitro in 20mph winds to get a spinnerbait out of a tree is priceless. A must have on any boat!

Best thing you can put on your boatLove this thing! Have had it for a couple of years now and it has drastically increased my catch. Here in hatteras it's always windy, this allows me to quickly stop the drift and fish each bite. Best thing i ever bought for my boat. Gonna get another one for my river jet. Great customer service, too.

Fast. Secure.Clean, sharp, fast, & secure. I recently upgraded from the Sportsman II w/CMonster 1.0 pumps to the 8' Pro Series II with CMonster 2.0 pumps. The bluetooth range and responsiveness is impressive. These Power-Poles are faster and compliment my needs as as a tournament angler. Not only are they functional they look great too!
