Minimum Dealer Requirements (Effective January 1, 2025)

1. Brick-and-Mortar Dealers (Including Tackle Shops):
   1. Must have a retail facility with regular business hours.
   2. Must provide interior and exterior photos of the facility.
   3. Must possess a government-issued business license for the specified location.
   4. Must maintain a professional website and/or an online sales presence.
   5. Can sell online.
2. Mobile Installers:
   1. Must have a professional website.
   2. Must maintain a high-quality social media presence (regular, professional posts).
   3. Must operate vans or trucks with proper signage.
   4. Must be an authorized vendor for reputable brands (e.g., Garmin, JL Audio).
   5. Must have positive Google reviews.
   6. Cannot sell online.
