My Power-Pole goes up when I push the down button or visa/versa. Check
to see if the hydraulic lines are connected to the proper ends
of the cylinder, (see Owners Manual)
or check to see if your switch is wired backwards or upside down.
The Power-Pole slowly
drifts down. Usually
this is caused by debris in the plunger valve under the solenoid.
Call our tech support Hotline or a certified technician for repair.
Power-Pole has a hard time
lifting up out of the mud, or on a windy day. This
may be caused by low voltage to the pump. Have a voltage meter
ready before you call the tech support hotline or take to a certified
technician for repair.
The Pump, cylinder, or tubing leaks. Tighten
all connections, remove and re-cut the hydraulic tubing and re-insert
into fittings, if this does not work then call tech support for
RMA.
The
pump “clicks” when the
switch is pushed. Verify
that all electrical connections are tight, including Deutsch
connectors, ground wire, and connections at the back of the switch
using a voltage meter.
The Power-Pole
only works in one direction. Make
sure that all electrical connections are tight and verify using
a voltage meter.
